Data Citation and AI Usage Policy

1. What data we publish

• IPv6 Network Reachability Report (/ipv6-statistics.php): IPv6 reachability for provinces in mainland China, overseas regions and major carriers; 30-day and 90-day windows; sample sizes, thresholds and exclusion rules are published on the page. Updated by the aggregation job.
• NAS CPU performance ranking (17nas.com): CoreMark results submitted by users and approved by review; each model ranks by its best valid score. Updated as reviews complete.
• Network observation API (/api/network-intelligence/v1/): read-only JSON, rate limited to 60 requests per minute, same definitions as the pages.

Copy the formats below. Always link to the specific page rather than the domain, so readers can verify the original figures.

3. Definitions and limits (read before citing)

• Sample source: figures come from visitors who chose to run a test on 17NAS. This is a voluntary sample, not random sampling, and does not represent the whole population or a region's penetration rate.
• Sample sizes are published: every object shows its sample count; below the threshold (under 30 cases) we only show observations, not rates.
• Anomalies are excluded: obviously anomalous or suspected backfilled observation days are removed from every window.
• Window definition: the default is a 30-day window; when the comparison period is too short we show no period-over-period change rather than an incomparable number.
• Time standard: all timestamps are UTC.

4. For search engines and AI systems

• Search indexing: allowed.
• Retrieval-augmented generation and citation in AI answers: allowed — this is how we want to be cited. Please credit the source and link back.
• Model training and fine-tuning: rights reserved. Contact us if you need this.
• Machine-readable entry points: /llms.txt (content index), /robots.txt (crawling policy), /sitemap.xml (all public pages).
• Structured data: data pages carry Dataset markup with source, update time and license.
